I dreamed that I was in a mountain and was looking for my niece who is 10...she took a trail and I would call her name but no answer..there were some women at a picknick table and one came up to me and ask me to stay with them and forget my niece..I kept calling her and then she answered me, I went towards her voice and the one womam followed me, she went to what appeared to be a smooth rock near a cliff, she held onto it, and I slid toward that rock and kicked her in the face to get her to fall down the cliff. In real life, I was slidding down the bed post which I kicked fully and hurt my foot. It walk me up, I put ice on it and fell back asleep..I have vivid dreams where I've had black and blues before and they are more often now..please help.
