Rotating Planet Shows Earth Boundary Lines

It's nighttime and I'm looking at the sky. I see many worlds, they are rotating. Two of them look like suns, but the middle one grows larger, as if heading toward the earth. Then it takes up most of the sky and I see it's a globe like Earth with boundary lines showing the individual states in America and the territories in Canada and the countries in Africa. I'm perplexed because I know I'm still on Earth so why does this planet show the same boundary lines as the Earth?

    I wonder if there isn't an outer world/inner world or waking world/dream world metaphor, the similarities revealed, the differences awaiting discovery.

    Or, perhaps, that in seeing the national boundaries, you are imposing the scheme of one world on the other.

    I often have dreams like this, of huge things coming down from the sky, when facing some sort of dilemma or life changing experiences. This was the same time I was job searching and had an interview with a school that eventually became my new employer.

    Well, a new job is a "life changing" event and in its own way a new world. How reassuring to know that this new world is so similar to the old one!
