I am driving a truck out of the town. It's a country town, with mountains and pine trees. I'm driving down the road on a bright day partly cloudy.lol I feel independence and my mood is satisfaction. I am ready to leave this town. I'm driving and I stop by this small bit of land. A square plot, with over gown grass. On each side of the land are pine trees, beyond the plot is a stream and then a forest. I look and ponder. I get out of the car I decide to look at the stream one last time. I begin to head over to the stream, but across the street on the other side I hear this man yelling.

I stop what I was doing. I see this farm and by the road, there are two guys, and there is this guy yelling. He is yelling at this girl maybe 17-18-19 years old. She had no clothes and was wrapped around in a wool blanket. She was blond and crying. He mascara was running. She had a thin face and had a face you would picture of a southern bell. She had a gap in her front teeth.

I remember saying "Nuh uh, nope." To myself. I marched across the street, grabbed the girl by her arm. I looked at the man, who then stopped yelling and just looked at me with his hands on his side. I took her into my truck and started driving out of town again. I asked her "Where is your home? Where are you from? I'll take you."
She told me, it's up the mountain. We were heading up the mountain any ways to get out of town. The mountain is so steep that I feel like I'm driving vertically sometimes even upside down. I'm glad I only did it once because I vowed I would NEVER go up that mountain again. The town at the top of the mountain is abandon. I ask her where she lives. She tells me. We walk over to this building. She lifts up this carpet suspended on the side of the building revealing a.... hole in the wall. Just enough of a room to lay down in.

Once again I'm like "Uh uh, no." "Where is your family, I will drive you to your family come on."

She looks at me and refuses. I tell her "Come on it's no problem I will drive you any where, just tell me where. If not I will take you to my grandparents, till we find your parents."

She refuses. "He said he would come back for me! He said he love me. He will come back for me."
I look at her. "How long have you been waiting?"

She looks sad but prideful. And sticks her head up and turns around and ignores me. I want her to come with me, she almost was a pet to me. I get crayons from the truck, I tell her to show me on the map where her family lives. She knocks the crayons out of my hand and turns around in pride again. I get mad, but I pretend to cry. I cry and look at her with sad sad eyes. She softens her little stuck up face and tell me, "Oh it's okay,..... I'm coming." I turn around we both get in the car. I win and we head out of town.

And that's the end of my dream.
