I'm in a room with my student who, in the dream, is a toddler. He's whining and holding onto a chair leg and wearing a diaper. In comes the Headmaster and he looks unusual but I know it's him. He's grinning like the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. He puts his arm around my shoulders. I say to him, "You're grinning like that either because you've got a secret or you know something bad about me." He says, while still grinning, "I know something bad. You're job is terminated here because you lack nurturence. You ignore him and don't interact." He walks away and I look out the window as co-workers go about their business.

In reality, I work with a high-schooler and my contract may be running out in June, so my job is on the line, but not because of my job performance.
