This was part of a larger dream, but one part I remember was my cat Mittens (who died over 20 years ago) escaped from the truck my sister and father were driving across country.

What's weird is I'm standing on the sidelines while she disappears and my dad and sister go looking for her. Mittens finally comes back but her but is all infected. My sister shaves her fur and---this is even weirder---she has a penis and my sister puts lotion on it because of the infection. The penis is the size of a Kielbasa and sticks out several inches.
