my dad passed away last year after a short sickbed of braincancer. my mom had a dream
last night bout him. he told her that he cant get trough to me and that he does not yet see
my name. he was very emosional and he was crying uncontrolably. she wanted to comfort
him and he shook his head and said no. he kneeled before her and his tears turned to blood.

Well, since it was your mother who had the dream, I think misskrissss is onto something, that it is your mother worrying about you. Maybe your father's death has made her more concerned about the future of the rest of her family.

Not necessarily about you being physically healthy, but about your behavior and your choices in life.

The bloody tears makes me think of cloudy vision. That she is worried that you aren't seeing things clearly.

Losing blood could also have to do with the idea of losing strength. She could be feeling overwhelmed dealing with life after your father's death.
