I have never had a dream like this before and I am a bit freaked out. I don't even remember what I was doing in the dream, aside from the fact that I was vomiting in my mouth. It stayed in my mouth, and I don't remember anything else. When I woke up soon after, that part of the dream was so vivid, I was still trying to taste it, and of course, there was no taste all. The vomit was warm with lumps in it. I know this is gross, but don't know if it would help in the interpretation of it. I would really like to know what this dream could possibly signify. Thanks a bunch, Sharon
What I get from it is something inside you wants out. It could be an emotion that's making you ill, it could be a virus your body is or was fighting, or anger at someone else.
Vomiting would imply having been given some food for thought – some idea – that is being rejected by your emotional nature (the bady). Because the vomit stays in your mouth, it would tend to suggest that you should not be too quick about rejecting some idea. The description of the vomit tells us more. The lumps in it would indicate that an idea has been rejected very soon after having received it (as it is still only slightly digested). This also means that you have spent little time or effort in trying to process the idea; little time on trying to make sense of it or understand it. The words, I was still trying to taste it after waking up, can imply that when using full awareness (as when awake)it is obvious that you simply have no taste for – no real liking for - an idea that is being rejected. {Note that this is purely an emotional reaction, not one based on any logic) The fact that the vomit was warm, can suggest that you might be able to warm to – think more favourably about – the idea being rejected if it is not so quickly outrightly rejected.
