Ok this dream is very disturbing and makes me sick. Please just help me to what it means.

Ok yesturday I got home and was really tired so I ate lunch and fell asleep.

Well when I woke up I ran stright to the bathroom and vomitted.

Ok my dream

I was sitting in my room and my cousin was sitting on our futon (We share a room) and the next scene I rember was I was kneeling and his hand was on my head and I was ermm... doing a sexual act on him (and I am a male) and it was very graphic and it still runs thru my head and each time I feel sick to my stomach, and it seemed very real.

I need help I have been shoken all day and I cant look at him without getting sick.

It is nothing to be upset about. It doesn't mean that you want to do anything sexual with your cousin in real life. The person in the dream might not have even been your cousin, but a symbol of a quality that your cousin reminds you of. The sexual part also might not have actually been about sex, but about pleasure in general, or about control or feeling vulnerable, in non-sexual ways.

It is definitely not worth worrying about, and definitely not worth messing up your friendship with your cousin. (Since you live together, I assume you normally get along as friends.)
