2 nights a go I had the most complex dream i have had for a while, and there are so many symbols in it, that its to much to compose a meaning, see what you think.


So it starts by me going to the doctors, I enter, and start plucking my teeth to remove hair (my hair) which is stuck in the gaps of my teeth all matted up. people start looking at me, as the hair keeps coming out, I then find its not coming from my teeth but from my throat, I keep pulling and pulling and its just 1 long thread, which then develops in to 5 or 6 threads. by this point the nurse has come out, and is assisting me, after a while the hair turns into clear tubes jelly like, filled with fluid, of course everyone in the room is hysterical, i am unable to talk or move. It goes on and on, eventually and i don't know how, the fluid is pink, and it turns out that this stuff coming out of my throat is some kind of magic cure for ill health and old age, and its cut from my mouth as its being pulled, I'm trying to rest as more and more is being taken, ad feel like its killing me, but these selfish people take more and more, at this point I'm woken up.

it really scared me, especially as even in the dream i was aware of my children, and i felt i was leaving them ..

Anyone have any ideas

Your teeth and your hair are associated with our physical appearance, so it seems like you trying to remove your hair and your teeth has to do with you trying to get rid of something ugly - in a metaphorical sense - abpout yourself.

Hair coming up from your throat makes me think of something that is disgusting (vomiting).

It sounds like the dream is saying you have to purge yourself of these disgusting memories/thoughts/behaviors in order to feel healthy and "clean" again.

However, once you become healthy again (pink fluid is coming out), people are trying to take too much from you.

Do you feel like you need to create a mental barrier, which includes holding on to negative beliefs or behaviors, in order to protect yourself from other people.

Why do you think you felt like you were abandoning your children? I noticed that part of your user name is the word "mummy". Are your children an important part of your identity?
