I've been having a dream that continues from time to time, as if I was living an alternate life. In my first dream, I'm in a coffee shop in the evening (I don't drink coffee after 12:00 noon). Anyway, there is a long line and people are complaining how long it is taking for them to be served. Seems the clerk is new at her job and is trying to be very careful about getting the orders right. One of the people waiting gets so angry that they demand that she get some help. A gentleman comes from the back and says he is the owner and he will take the next person. I take one look and him and immediately I'm attracted. The only problem is I don't know who he is or what he looks like! And it's raining and cool outside, but I live in Arizona and it hardly ever rains here.

In the second dream, I'm out on a date with this man and I get a call from my sister to come home, because my stove has blown up. So this man and I go back to my apartment and sure enough my stove has blown up. The man says that he will have the stove replaced - turns out he is the owner of this apartment complex.

In the next dream I'm in a bagel shop, and I ask for bagels and I'm told they don't have any. I'm questioning the clerk why they call this a bagel shop when they don't have bagels, when the owner comes out. Once again, he's the same man, but I can't see his face and the bagel shop is nowhere that I've ever been.

In the latest dream, I'm at the movies with this unknown man and two small children. I don't know who these children are, they can't be mine because I'm too old to have small children.

Anyway, I'm puzzled because these dreams are continuing. And who is this man that seems to own half of this unknown place?

Since the man always seems to help when there is a problem, it sounds like he could represent a need to be taken care of.

The children in the dream could also represent a need to be cared for.
