A month ago, I had a dream about creating a monster (looked like this but a bright aqua, and i haven't played the game in five months) that got lose. I was at my old house in the same town I currently live in (where most of my dreams happen at, actually), and it killed my mom and step dad. I got it back to its cage, somehow depleted all the oxygen in the house so it would die, and ran towards my boyfriend's house. Now, I started out running normally, but for some reason, I started to run on all fours to try to get to his house faster. Running like this feels normal, but I think 'why am I running like this?'.
I get to his house, and automatically sent back to my house where the creation has gotten lose. This time, some government officials are there, and completely mess up all my work on trying to kill it. :| I wake up.

What bothered me about this dream was more of the running like an animal than some video game enemy appearing and killing my parents. I want to know more about the running like a dog to my boyfriend in the dream. Running towards him like that from a long distance (across town) always occurs when he's involved in my dreams.

Another dream is one that occurs all the time.
It's a zombie dream, and I'm trying to get to both the boyfriend and my mom (usually at the same time.) I'm running normally in these dreams, or at least looking for a news van (no idea why) to drive to get the two. I get to my mom first, and she tells me to leave her, saying that I'll only slow her down, not to worry about her, she'll be just fine, etc. After fighting to get her out the house, I eventually leave her, and go for the boyfriend. It takes me forever to get to him, and I eventually just wake up, not wanting to go back to sleep knowing the dream will just repeat.

With this dream, I think I know what may be going on. I believe the zombies are problems pushing the two of us away, and her not wanting to go with me is her believing that her sickness will get in the way with everything. When I first had this dream, it was when some family issues started that has now had the family to stop talking to each other (all because of me.) My mom talks about her sickness getting in the way of everything and how she can't do things like she could before being diagnosed all the time when I'm home, so it could just be my subconscious feeling guilty for leaving her alone most the time, and wanting to include her with the things Boyfriend and I do. I just want to see what you guys think about that.

This last dream is one that has stuck with me since I was little. One Christmas at my grandparent's house, I had a dream about pulling out my teeth one by one with my hands. I was sitting by a car, and trying to hide with the tire while I pulled teeth. I remember the snow being practically covered in blood as I was doing it, and the teeth being dog teeth (like a great dane.) Never really understood it. :/

Someone on the forum once posted that whenever they dreamt about running, they found themselves running on all fours, so you are not alone in dreaming about this.

I think it might have to do with reverting to a primitive, animal state - looking at things from a basic, emotional perspective rather than with logic and reason. It could also have to do with crawling like a baby - giving up your responsibilities and having someone else take care of you. That could be related to running toward your boyfriend's house - that you want him to protect you.

It seems like the monster represents something that you feel is a threat. This could be an external threat or something about yourself that worries your.

It's interesting that you tried to kill the monster by getting rid of the oxygen in the house, which would also have killed you and everyone else. Maybe the dream is telling you that this thing that you feel is threatening or dangerous is also something that you can't live without.

I think you are probably right about the zombie dream.

A dream about losing teeth can have to do with concerns about your appearance. Since you were pulling teeth in your dream, it could have meant that you wanted to change yourself and how others looked at you. Being covered in blood could have been a sign of how angry or passionate you felt.

In that dream, you have dog teeth, and in other dreams, you are running like a dog.

It sounds like in these dreams you could be trying to get in touch with your freer, more primitive side.
