okay my brother was murdered in 1997 shot by a random person running down an alley way that my brother and his friends were driving down.the man fired 4 shots into the vehicle killing my brother and wounding his friend in the passanger seat. okay to the dream

it was my brother who passed away and me and my two year old daughter. we were talking not sure what we were talking about when my daughter told me her feet were cold. so i asked my brother for a pair of socks and he hands them to me i put them on my daughter. then i look up to talk to him and noticed my brother running out of the room in a house that was no where familiar to me. when i put my daughter down and tell her to stay right here and watch tv i will brb. and i start to follow my brother pushing my way through all these open doors. when i run into my grandmother out of the blue who is still alive. she asks me whats wrong when i hear a gun shot go off where i push my grandmother out of the way and start running to the sound of the gun fire. where i walk into a room where my brother is lying on the floor with the gun that killed him from the murder in his hands with a gun shot wound to his head. and at this point i wake up drenched in sweat balling my eyes out.

i don't know what it means i haven't thought about my brother in awhile and i just don't understand why i had this dream. im confused lost and want to know what it means. any ideas as to what it means.

me and my brother were 7 years apart but were best friends growing up.

I think the dream is about your worries about your daughter's future and about being able to protect her. You're worried about something terrible, like what happened to your brother, happening to your daughter someday.

You also wish that your brother could still be around to see your daughter and guide her and give her advice as she grows older.
