A few days ago I had this dream and I haven't been able to get it out of my head. It was a warm afternoon and my grandma and I were standing around outside. My younger brother, tommy, went into the woods while I wasn't paying attention. My grandma said that she saw tommy start bleeding everywhere from something in the woods, so I went to go look for him. When I got fairly deep into the forest, I saw this unfamiliar house that I thought tommy was in. I then appeared into a room, in the house, that looked exactly like my room. Tommy, a girl from my school, and a boy named Shane (who was a stranger) were all in it too. Shane was probably around 15 years old (i am 14) and he had dark, flippy hair and deep brown eyes. He was wearing a green skater-looking shirt and black jeans. So, tommy and Shane were sitting in this colorful, octopus-type, lamp (that is in my room in real life). We were all locked in the room by my step dad and weren't allowed out. Shane helped stop tommy's bleeding while we were locked in there. Then it turned 7:40am and we were let out of the room. Then we all ended up back in the room somehow and were locked in again. Some unfamiliar lady walked into the room and then injected Shane with some sort of poisonous liquid. I screamed and cried thinking that the lady had killed Shane. I had never felt the same feelings for Shane as I did for anyone else. Then me and Tommy ended up in some random basement, safe and sound. My older brother, Danny, was also in the basement with us, playing some shooting video game. Then, Shane came walking down the stairs and started playing the shooting game with Danny, like nothing had ever happened!! I couldn't believe he was still alive! Shane said that the injection that the lady had put into him was only 3.0 of poison and it was labeled 3.2. (3.2 was the amount that you needed to kill someone.) Shane said that he left the bottle of poison in the hallway, because he knew the lady was going to try to kill him. Since the poison wasn't 3.2, he only passed out for a little while. He was a genius. Later, I told him how lucky Tommy and I were to have been stuck with him and then I studdered "do you want to go to the movies or something sometime?" We went to the movies together and it was great. His arm was around me throughout the entire movie and I rested my head on his shoulder. I felt safe with him. I looked over at him and our eyes met. It was like something you would see in a movie. I felt tingles rush through my veins. I was in love. As the lights turned on and the credits rolled, we had a silent conversation with our eyes and walked out of the theater. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS!
When your little brother, Tommy, goes into the woods because you haven't been paying attention and then starts bleeding, it could mean that you feel that something bad happened in your waking life because you weren't on top of things. Shane is able to stop the bleeding, which is really your fault, so it seems like he represents a wish that you have for someone who can solve all your problems without having to take reponsibility yourself, or just someone that you can depend on to get you out of trouble when something goes wrong. The 3.0 and 3.2 made me think of grade point average (GPA) in school, if you are American. Could your dream have anything to do with that?
hey! thanks for responding and taking the time to read my super long dream haha and im not sure about the GPA thing because mine is 4.0 but i dont know... im going into high school where im taking all honors classes so it might be warning me my grades are going to go down? haha i dont know, but thanks for the help in understanding it!
I don't know if it's a warning about what is going to happen as much as just a sign that you are worried about what will happen to you in high school and thoughts about having more responsibilities as you get older.
all i can say is welcome to the best/worst years of your life. the sesspool that is called high school.the 3.0/3.2 could mean your a perfectionist and your worried about failing but relax and have fun. and when you become a senior (which by the way is the grade i'm in at this moment) you'll miss some of the things you've done over the years. loooool
