Okay, I had a dream I was a teenage boy. And I'm a teenage girl.
And, no, I am not questioning my sexuality or anything of the sort, I know I am straight. I am attracted to the male gender.

The dream starts out in this shabby green sort of tunnel. There's an odd green glow/light to the place. I meet this girl. She is attractive. (keep in mind in this dream I am a male) She asks me to drive her car. I can drive well, except in the back of my mind I know that I suck at turning corners, and to the place which I am supposed to drive, there is a corner that is usually very busy.

So I'm driving the car, we're speeding along, everything still has that eerie green tint to it. Then we come to a stop at a red light. I'm staring straight ahead, then I look at the girl. She says something to me, but I don't hear her. Then I just stare down in my lap.

Then the light turns green and I start to move the car.

    Then I wake up.

Okay, for the green, it was a sickly kind of greenish-yellowish and in the tunnel it was this bright neon green. And the girls eyes were like neon blue....

    very strange. lol
    What does this mean?

What is the most significant symbol that sticks out for you? It it the neon green? Is it the tunnel? The driving? Being male?

Maybe it would help to know that much so we can focus on that first.

    Hmmm....that's sort of difficult.
The dream just had a really big impact on me.
I think it would probably be the neon green, and the girls neon blue eyes.

What comes to your mind with neon? For some it could mean advertising in the city, for others it could mean brightness or an element.

What about blue? What comes to your mind with blue? For some, it could mean depression. For others, it could mean a calm ocean, etc.

And what about green? You mention the dream had a sickly yellow-green tint to it. This could mean an infection. The neon green could be telling you that something you've had in mind or was planning is giving you the go ahead--the OK to do it.

Anyway, you can choose to answer this or not, but this at least gives you something to think about. Most of what dream interpretation is about is feeling and thinking what the symbols mean to you.

I have dreams that I'm female instead of male now and again, sometimes changing back to my usual self halfway through the dream if I think (in the dream, not consciously) the situation is better suited to me being male. I don't think it has a lot to do with sexuality or gender preferences. I guess your brain gets taught to think that women are better at some things and men are better at others so, if you're open minded in your dreams, your brain might try certain tasks as the opposite sex just to see what might happen, or to make you think about things from a different point of view.

Yes, the neon green makes me think of the city lights, and just having an adventure, I guess.
And the neon blue eyes make me think of excitement.

Adventure and excitement. Getting too little of them or two much? There's a red light in the dream and a green light. One indicates you need to slow down or take a break. The other means you got the go-ahead, enjoy!
