I have dreams about my childhood home all the time, pretty much everyone does actually. Houses in general represent your inner self, different parts of your subsconscious - and your childhood home even more so because It's the place where most of the way you think was formulated, the location where you, those around you and the environment, built the psychology that is you. So dreams about your childhood home are often connected with you deeper subconscious, or the deeper part of your psyche that make up who you are inside.
