hi guys, ive recently bought a zeo sleep coach,a device that records your personal sleep information, including recording when your in rem.i thought this would be a good idea to aid the WILD technique.i could predict when im going to be in rem using stored sleep cycle info.ive heard that it follows a pattern.some people have had success with this.but i dont seem to have a pattern on the graphs that display my time in rem.my rem sleep appears to happen at random times.one thing i thought might be the cause of this is my random sleeping hours.i sleep at random hours.do you think random sleep times might equal random times in rem,are regular sleep times important to create a predictable pattern?

I don't know anything about the Zeo Sleep Coach, but you are right, your random REM times could be caused by random sleeping hours. It could also be caused by different foods you eat, things in your environment, etc.

A wake induced lucid dream usually happens when you wake from an REM dream, but you aren't fully awake and you go right back into REM sleep. So maybe you need to train yourself to keep yourself partly in a sleep state when you wake up from a dream.
