i don't know what it feels like to have a lucid dream, but im pretty sure this isn't one. in it, i fell asleep but kept on having a lucid dream. i looked in a mirror, and i quickly turned into a werewolf. i suddenly 'woke up' in my dream, but i was still dreaming in real life. i ran into the bathroom and passed out. i continued to dream the same dream within a dream, but i continued to wake up in dream land.

does this mean something? or is it an actual lucid dream?

A dream where you think you wake up but you wake up into another dream (a dream within a dream) is known as a false awakening.

These are pretty common, and it's possible to have dreams within dreams within dreams.

Looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing yourself turn into a werewolf could have to do with concerns about not being able to control a part of yourself that you see as negative. Not being able to really wake up - just going into another dream, instead - could also have to do with not being able to control this aspect of yourself - not being able to avoid facing it by waking up.

It would be a lucid dream if you realised while you were in the dream that you were really dreaming.
