Hi All, I just registered after finding this site. I have a dream that I'd really like some insight into if anyone can help. Here goes: It was at my house, outside. Snow was on the ground (which is unusual because I live in the south). A once good friend of mine (we don't speak anymore) and his girlfriend were in a moving truck driving around the perimeter of my house. I was standing outside on the front right corner. They drove along the front, turned the corner I was standing at, drove along the side, then while trying to make the next corner, the truck spun and tipped over in the snow. I ran over to help them. Next thing I know, it's spring/summer and he and I are on my front lawn together. To the best of my recollection, there was no speaking during the entire dream. And it went from me running to help to spring/summertime. Odd, huh?
I think this has to do with you an your friend not speaking to each other, and what happened between you to make you stop talking. Snow can have to do with emotional numbness. The snow causing an accident could be a message that your not dealing with your feelings and not talking to each other could be making things worse. You run to help them because you want to fix the situation. Does his girlfriend have anything to do with why you aren't speaking? I think the part at the end where you are on the lawn together and its warm out is a wish for the coldness between you to end and for you to be friends again.
Also.... Don't know if this matters or not, but, when I woke up from this, I texted it to myself so I wouldn't forget. I was looking through my texts today and realized I'd left out a detail. When it was springtime and we were talking again, a strange dog came jogging up to greet us. I think it was a black lab.
Well, a dog is a symbol of loyalty, and you probably feel like your former friend has been disloyal, so yes, there is a connection.
