I keep having dreams that I'm pregnant. I've been having them alot! Like almost every time I dream. It's starting to freak me out. The first one I had I remember I was pregnant with triplets. Two boys and a girl. As soon as I found out I was pregnant in that dream my fiance got arrested and went to prison. He didn't get out of prison until the triplets were much older like 16.
My most recent dream about being pregnant was just that. I dreamt I was looking down at my stomach and there was a baby in there. I could feel baby moving around in there and kicking me in the ribs. It felt so real. Most my pregnancy dreams have been alot like that one. Just me feeling the baby moving inside me. Does anyone have any idea what this means?? (I did have a baby a little over 5 months ago.)

Part of it could be hormonal; your cycle is going back to normal and your body is getting ready for you to be able to have a baby again.

In addition, dreams about pregnancy have to do with changes and new things, and with a 5 month old you are preparing for a lot of changes in your life.

Being pregnant with triplet is your unconscious' way of magnifying all the stress and responsibility that comes with just one child.

The part about your fiance going to prison could have do with worries about how much of the responsibility for child raising you are going to have to take on yourself. There could also be something about your fiances behavior that is bothering you unconsciously.
