:-( Could someone help me please? I had this dream which felt as if I was really awake. I was aware of my surroundings, being in my bedroom laying on my bed when I heard my ex whisper I will always love you. I then felt him stroke my hair and kiss my head. I jumped suddenely awake looking around my room but he wasn't there. In the place where he kissed my head, I could still feel the warmth of his touch.

When he left a year and a half ago he said, "don't you know that I would die for you". Then 6 months later he admitted that he thought he would always love me even though he was with someone else. What I would like to know is was this an astral projection or a wish dream? Is it really possible to feel another person touching you in your dreams, because it has been happening alot lately where I can feel him kissing me or stroking my hair.

It is also common for people to have very vivid dreams in which many different senses are employed - touch, hearing, smell, taste, etc.

I wouldn't make any decisions about your relationship with this man based upon this dream/experience, especially since you said he left you for someone else.
