A ten-year-old toasted grilled cheese sandwich was put up for sale on eBay last week; the owner, Diane Duyser from Holliwood in Florida, says it has the image of the Virgin Mary upon its surface - bids were as high as $22000 before eBay pulled the item this week. see discussion on eBay forums
It's been sold! GoldenPalace.com, an online casino, confirmed it placed the winning bid, and company executives said they were willing to spend "as much as it took" to own it, which ended up being nearly 15 thousand quid! Ms Duyser said: "I feel like I am doing something I should be doing, that is something she wants me to do. "I think it is time now, I think it is time to get rid of it and share it with the world." P.S. still time to buy the lunch box only minutes left
When will it end :spinhead: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=66465&item=3766736643&rd=1
