The first part of the dream I cannot remember, but it was not disturbing.

Somehow, though I walked into a room and here is what I saw on the floor:

There was a snake's headless body and about a foot away was the snake's head, fangs showing with a fork in the snake's head. A few feet away from that was a large spider, furry legs, which were red and brown striped and it appeared dead and on top of it was a frog and it felt to me like the frog had killed the spider. Some other things were on the floor, dead and I cannot recall what they were. Then as I moved my eyes there was a bed and in the bed was my adopted father and an alligator was lying beside him and both of them were asleep.

I awoke very afraid, but nothing happened to me in the dream, just that I saw these things. I feel that something is extremely symbolic with this. Does anyone have any idea of it's meaning for me?
