Last night I dreamed of a friend that died 8 years ago. I have never once dreamed of her before. She died of breast cancer. She was like a second mother to me.

In my dream my mom and I were at my dead friend's house with her husband and family and we found out she had passed. None of us knew how she died. It was just much confusion and crying.

This morning I texted my mom to tell her how surprising it was to have my first dream of this dear friend. My mom replied: That's really weird, her husband called me yesterday. I immediately got chills and felt odd. I picked up the phone and called my mom to ask why our dead friends husband had called her for the first time in years. She said it was to talk about real estate and they of course talked about how much they missed JoAnne (our deceased friend)

How did I have this dream and why? Help. Was she coming to me for some reason?

That's very strange, how her husband called your mom the day before your dream. Did you know earlier that your mom was going to be talking to the husband at some point, that they had some kind of business/deal involving real estate going on? Had she not spoken to him at all in a long time? Did the call come out of the blue or was she expecting it?
