I have had sleep paralysis about 7-8 times in the past 7 months. But this I've never heard about anyone else having before When I was about 9 or 10 I was sitting in my bed early in the morning I had no recolection of waking up, I'm sitting there coloring whith the coloring book pressed against my knees and I drop my crayon as I begin to dig in my covers I notice it disapeered and look up and the coloring book was gone. I then realise they were never there in the first place. Fast forward 8 years, I'm laying in bed and it's completly dark in the room and I'm talking to a black raven across the room in the darkness after a few minutes it swoops into the darkness beside my bed and my cat pounces and eats it, my cat then jumps onto the bed and stares at me for about 10 seconds jumps back down into the darkness and I gain conciousness realising nothing was there in the first place
Yes, I have similar experiences. About 25 years ago, I was a teen-ager, my cat Mittens wanted out. I was asleep and she usually slept with me, so I drag my sleepy butt out of bed and let her out of my bedroom. I drift back to sleep and I hear that annoying scratching again. I wake up and assume she wants in. Nope, she's scratching to go out! I realize that I must have been sleeping and dreamt I let her out. It felt so real!
