In my dream I am wearing a white dress with black combat boots. I am dancing with a friend of mine, outside in a small wooded area. I see a puddle. alll of a sudden I am on top of him on the ground choking him in the puddle. He doesn't resist me at all. I have been having this same dream everynight for the past week and it is really starting to bother me. What can it mean?

It sounds like you are releasing repressed anger or frustration about something - not necessarily having to do with that friend.
