Oh dear, has anyone else had a dream and woken up feeling really guilty? Last night I dreamt that I was talking to a friend and was smoking a cigarette. My friend turned to me and said, "are you smoking" i replied "yes" thinking nothing of the question. Then my friend turns and says "I thought you quit when you found out you were pregnant?" I realised then (in my dream) that yes I had quit and I hadn't smoked since 3rd of Jan this year and I felt very guilty. I replied with a quick "oops I'm just having one" but then woke up with a massive craving for a fag and the biggest guilt trip I've felt since pinching a 2p sweet from the shop on the way home from school as a dare when I was ten! I quit over five months ago and haven't had any problems with quitting and no cravings for a sneaky fag, but what has happened to me now?!! Does anyone else have dreams like this and wake up feeling really guilty. Love for now, from Cat xcx
PS> I didn't succombe to the craving if your wondering, even though my partner still smokes and had cigarettes in his pocket! :p

Well you can read all my dreams on this web-site, so if you can find any guilt in there.... I'm a little distracted atm with nieghbours being on the telly :)

Well done with the smoking though, your dream has shown you just how bad you would feel about yourself if you did 'succombe'

    Definately cried...

My boyfriend says that I cry quite a lot in my sleep. I am what he calls a very vocal sleeper and apparently talk all night, cry or make some sort of noise! I've even been known to have fights with people in my sleep. Can you imagine my poor boyfriends head when he wakes in the morning. Good job he can manage on "not a lot" of sleep!
I had a horrible dream last night where I'd had my baby and I dreamt it was a girl, when I actually know that he is a boy... Anyway there were these two kids that come into a class at work on a Friday and they were in my dream and they were saying awful things about my baby and threatening to hurt her and stuff and I got really upset and remember running over to them and hitting them and kicking them, I even recall throwing a cereal bowl at one of them, but unfortunately I missed. All the time I was hitting out they were laughing at me and shouting awful threats, and what I was doing was making no difference no matter how hard I hit out. I woke up crying after that one. It's really strange recently my dreams are reaching freaky level! I really like those two kids in actual fact and even though they are a handful, and possibly the naughtiest two in the class, I dreamt that they had turned on me... Strange!

I woke up crying once years ago, shouting, 'Beautiful horses!' Not sure why. Maybe being pregnant does all kinds of things to your dreams, but I'm not quallified to comment on that. Maybe Pippa or Nicho might have something to say...

    Re: Definately cried...

Heollo, everyone... I thoght I´d pop in via the link in Maljonics Pterry-board-signature...

Can´t be a coincidence... I´ve been an expert on freaky dreams before, but now... One of my new recurring motives: I hear my newborn baby cry, but I can´t find it because my friends, partyguests or whoever put all their jackets over it or I put it into a dollhouse or chest that collpsed on it... :?

Sorry you're right; hello guest. I just meant if there is a real baby then it has more significance; but I wasn't sure because the baby is referred to as it. Anyway, I think I've worked out who the person is now; possible Hsing from Germany? If it is, hello and welcome Hsing; if not, hello and welcome whoever you are. :smiler:
