Last night I had a dream that I was in a brown wood trailer, there were kittens in the kitchen and towards the back was my bedroom and all of a sudden i start pouring gasoline on my bed and leave another container on the bed so it explodes and i light a match and it begins to burn, i then go and get the kittens and save them from the fire by putting them in cat carriers and i run outside and watch but the fire never got bad it just burned some of my room and the side of the trailer and after it was done i ended up walking back in there and living there again, and later on in my dream i was under water and it was all black, i saw this guy who was chained under water and appeared unconscious, i went to save him but the sea dragon kept preventing me from helping, so i shrunk down were the dragon couldn't see and saved him unfortunately i grew back to normal size and never made it back out.

It sounds like you have been expressing a lot of strong emotions and you released them in the dream by setting the fire.

I think the kittens represent a part of you that feels very vulnerable and that you need to protect. The dream could be about someone or something having hurt you and you needing to protect yourself fro being hurt more.

Water in a dream has to do with your emotions, so being underwater can have to do with being overwhelmed with emotion.

The fact that you had to shrink yourself to save the guy but you aren't able to save yourself could mean that you think you are always making sacrifices for other people.
