    Hi there!
I dreamt last night that I was standing outside my grandmas house enjoying the view over the city (in real life she doesn´t live in the house anymore and there never was much of a view accept over the neighbours garden...). As we stood there, I don´t really remember with whom, but there was part of my family, we saw an explosion far away, I believe it was a gas-station but there was also a huge building involved, both containing things there were highly explosive. The explosion caused huge balls of fire to fly away from the buildings. The fires also sent a chock-wave that caused things like cars to fly away into the air. The fires landed in gardens, balconys and inside buildnings. My grandmothers house was unharmed but other buildnings next to it caught fire. I saw one fireball landing at a neighbours balcony and when I told them "your house is on fire" they just looked at me as if thinking "as if we hadn´t noticed..". We tried to get away from the area, remember watching cars hanging up on the electric wires and so on.
Then suddenly there is a new dream, a really weird one.. A naked man came up to me asking for help. He had five or six really long red arrows up his butt... Someone had showed or shot them up there... As I tried to help him to get them out I was so afraid of hurting him, considering the construction of an arrow with a sharp fluke in the end (is that the right word? The sharp V-formed thing at the top of an arrow..) if I pulled it, it would rip him... There was also a nasty detail with a horrible smell as I pulled them out one by one, I gagged and olmost threw up..I was embaressed about, didn´t want him to feel any worse than he already did.. Ok, what do you think?

Reflect on dream, bit by bit

    Hi sweethart,

In order to analyze this dream I think you need to divide it up in bits and give various symbols a good think - in the context of how you interpret certain things, your past and your present.

Firstly it is your grandmothers house; Where is it? Do you have happy memories from there, strong memories, sad memories etc? What about your grandmother?

House - symbol of the self, emotions, hidden emotions, qualities in you etc. Each part of a house; the celler, the garden, the balcony etc symbolises somthing. It does not have to be archetypes (interpretations that are known by all humans), it could also be what you associate to a word, an expression, a type of room or house body.

Fire and/or explosives - symbole of strong emotions or destructive elements in yourself and give the expressions: "blowing up", "rocketing", "highly explosive", "destruction" etc a good ponder in the context of your situation. Please reflect on the fact that your grandmothers house was actually unharmed.

General chaos - cars flying, destruction all around, catastrophy etc could be that you fear something or sense something big is happening - but it does not have to be actual destruction. It could be change.

The part about the man with the arrows up his butt is obviously the most surreal part. Consider less spectacular intrepretations. Arrows archetypes sometimes means phallic symbols or indicators, but it could actually be a simple "pain in the butt". ;-)

Smell or bad odour is quite uncommon in dreams, I think. It could be a sensation reinforcing the emotions of the dream; in this case something negative, rotten or "not smelling of roses" , as in the expressions; "this whole thing smells" or "it smells fishy". Somthing hidden behind the surface could be wrong.

I know nothing of this gives you an exact key, but only you could find out what the dream is actually about. Remember that if the interpretation is too obvious, it is probably more complicated than you think.
