So my ex boyfriend from highschool sent me this email about a dream that he had and it kinda weirded me out. We are both married and have kids now so for him to send this to me is like, what the hell?? Someone help me... WHAT DOES THIS DREAM MEAN!!

"Hey. I know its been awhile since we have talked or anything but i just had to tell you about my dream i had last night. I am sorry to lay this dream on you but i dont have any really close friends here to lay it on and i need to get it off my chest, so i understand is you dont want to read the rest of this email. It started on a nice sunny day and i was back in missouri at a BBQ. I walked into the front room of this house and there you were with marcus. I stopped cause i couldnt move or even take a breath. Rachel, my wife, walked up behind me and asked if i was of and i said i was better than ok. I walked accross the front room and started talking to you. After a few min, Marcus and Rachel tried pulling us away from each other cause they wanted to leave. but we wouldnt stop talking. marcus and rachel eventually walked away and we kept talking for awhile. you left after a little bit and we decided to meet the next day at the park downtown. the next day, i meet you at the park and you got in your neon and i jumped into my dodge charger and we started driving. All of a sudden the roads were covered in ice and snow. i was driving behind you and you were driving nice and straight and had no problems. i was sliding and fish tailing all over the road. but i followed you all the way to a house. you stopped and parked and i parked behind you. we got out and you walked over to the house and walked into the side door. i wasnt sure whos house it was so i walked up to the front door and i looked down at the welcome mat and it said "Charles and Ashley Winscott welcome you" i walked into the front door and i woke up. During the entire dream, we never really talked. The dream was dubbed over with us talking about our relationship, from start to finish. where i went wrong and how you were nothing but amazing to me. it would have made it better if Morgan Freeman was reading it but it was us talking. lol. I understand most of the dream, just not all of it. i even understand the snow and ice covered roads part. you were amazing, never made a wrong move, drove straight to where you needed to go. i was all over the place, slipping and slideing, always wanted to catch up to you but i never could. The house at the end i cant figure out. I am sorry again to lay all this on you but the last few years i dont hold anything back. i tell the truth about everything, no matter how brutal or hard to accept. I found that it is better to be painfully honest than to lie. I didnt type all this and expect you to respond either. if you dont want to write back, i totally understand. And like i said, i am sorry to lay all that on you, i just needed to say it. I will leave you alone now. Love always, Charles"

He even ended it with "Love Always"...... so im confused

The dream sounds like he was reminiscing about your relationship with him.

What really matters, though, is why he told you about it in the first place.
