    I've never seen an elf on this or any other planet; it is possible I think that they are based on a race of people on Earth with elf-like qualities - though there is little mention of elf lore previous to Tolkien. :)

    What if they used to be alive but most of them died off cause of us some of them are probably still in the forest.
