    This is my dream:

I was in the passenger seat of our car with my mom. She was busy talking to me and not looking at the road so she goes through a DO NOT ENTER street. The street was under construction and everything became very bumpy. My mom lost control of the car and swerved into a lake or ocean. Before the car could begin to sink, we both got out of the car with ease.

I was then at a beach with two of my friends. It was very misty out, but nontheless very serene. It really was beautiful. In the middle of the beach was a pool. Everytime I tried to go into the ocean, I would step on something. This made me just swim in the pool. When I swam in the pool, it was almost like heaven on Earth. I got out of the pool and I was talking to a friend and then some sort of crab pinched the bottom of my foot. It was extremely painful and blood was coming out. I shook my foot for awhile until it fell off.

    My dream last night:
I was going on a backpacking trip with my dad and we were driving in the country. We pulled over and my dad jumped a fence to a lake. I followed him. He walked into the lake, neck deep, with all his clothes on. I follwed him, but I had big heavy shoes on and a backpack full of things. I was drowning for awhile, but my dad never noticed. I finally got the backpack off of my back and came back up for air.

    Thank you so much.

The crab part is interesting. You are in the middle of a serene atmosphere when it keeps pinching you. Perhaps you still find an annoying or irritating thought or personality quirk popping up when everything else is going smoothly. There is always some persistant or nagging thought or problem clinging to you. No matter what the circumstance, you can't or won't escape it.
