Hello all, first time poster here.
So last night I had a very weird dream where I had a baby (I don't) whom I was struggling to breast feed. This was really strange for me, I've never had a dream similar to this.
I had the babe in nursing position, and was sort of rubbing my nipple on his/her mouth to get her to suckle. The baby would try a few sucks and get only a drop or two of milk, then no more would come and the baby would give up. He/she didn't cry in hunger, it would just give up - like "Oh well, this is useless, on to playing with my fingers." I was starting to panic wondering how my milk was drying up, how could that happen, and what could I do to save it. In my dream I had remembered that I had read the book The Clan of The Cave bear, and the main character of that book got sick or whatever and her milk dried up, but she could have saved it with like an herb bath or something. So clutching the baby to my chest I kind of just started running around frantic looking for kind of remedy but accomplishing nothing.

There was definitely more, but I don't remember at all. The only thing that really sticks out for me is the visual of me trying to get the baby to suckle, and it's blue eyes. What the hell does this mean? I don't have kids, and I'm (hopefully) not preggers. :scared: Hapls?

Well, a baby in a dream can represent something new in your life, such as starting a new project or entering a new phase in life - new relationship, job, etc. Since your milk has dried up, the dream could be saying that you just don't have the energy to go through a change right now.

The dream could also mean that you feel that you have worn yourself out caring for others and attending to the needs of others.
