I had a dream that I actually proposed to her one day. However ur bf turned up and drag her away (she silently followed and didn't say anything). I felt very upset which woke me up.

Does this dream means that I had fallen for her?

The dream doesn't necessarily mean that you have fallen for her. It could just mean that your unconscious is just thinking about different possiblities - what it would be like to be married to her instead of your wife.

This is normal and doesn't mean that you would ever act on your feelings.

However, the fact that you asked about whether there is a future makes me think that you already may be starting to have feelings about her that are more than platonic. (I could be wrong about this, though.)

Maybe the dream is a message to you to think about where your friendship with this woman is going and how that is going to affect your lives.
