So a few years ago I had this dream, I still remember it, I would say it was almost lucid, but I did not have quite as much control as I have in other lucid dreams. It started off with me walking down a slightly curving, outside corridor, in a palace. I was dressed in some kind of colonial English outfit. But the palace I was in was amazing. The ceilings were at least 100 feet high, with windows almost as tall, that looked out on gardens surrounded by forest, and the most amazing starry night I have ever seen. The palace was all marble that seemed to glow gold, with gold work everywhere, and massive chandeliers and huge pillars supporting the ceilings. So I walked a few hundred feet down this corridor and came to a lady that was up on a pillar that looked about 30 feet tall, the pillar made me think of a throne for some reason. She had on a wig like one of the old English guys did, but this one was piled at least 3 feet tall and hanging halfway down the pillar. She also had the most elaborate golden dress that I have ever seen, trailing down the back of the pillar even longer than her wig. And the most interesting thing is, I couldnt see the ladys face, it was like there was the whitest, purest, light coming out of it. When she spoke to me, its had to explain I guess, but it wasnt like when I would speak, it was more there was just this voice, not all around but not in my head either, it just was. She told me that I would fall in love with Amber and she would be my last love. Then I woke up... anyone have any interpretations for this?
I think that the palace represents your mind, in all its complexity, including all of your life's memories. The woman could represent the archetype of the wise old woman. Amber is something that preserves things and makes them beautiful. So the "Amber" that you fall in love with me not be a person. The dream could have to do about a love of art or beauty.
