This gives an actual voice to your subconscious where dreams originate. And as Cicero stated, if you learn to talk to yourself then you don't need to talk to someone else. This method gives a whole new meaning to talking to yourself while combining aspects of both Freud's and Cicero's ideas. One word of warning, though. The subconscious hides nothing. Be prepared for a few surprises.
