The dream starts with me at a party with a few of my good friends. We were all drinking and having a good time. My roommate was there, and was drinking which is weird because she usually doesn't partake in those activities. So at one point I decide to leave. I am walking back to my apartment, but the area changes into a hotel, yet I still know where I'm going. The floor has a swirling patter, purple and black. And there are talk columns from the floor to the ceiling, the hallway is very wide too. As I get to my door, I realize that I don't have my wallet (which has my keys), so I set my iPhone down on the ground in front of my door before I go to find my wallet. As I'm about to leave, my phone rings. When I pick it up, it changed into an old house phone. The caller id was my ex-boyfriend, I did not answer. A door across the hall opens, it is the guy I like. He walks over and some how opens the door for me. He leads me in and sets me on the bed and kisses my head and walks away. That was the end of the dream, any thoughts or interpretations?

A hotel is where you go on a vacation, also to get away.

A wallet can be associated with responsibility - you need money to pay for things; when you're a kid you don't need a wallet because adults buiy things for you.

You ignoring your ex-boyfrined and then seeing the guy you like could be related to all of this - you want to forget about your probems with your ex and just be happy with someone new. The fact that the guy you like kisses you on the head and then walks away without anything more happening could be your dream's way of telling you that you can't live in a fantasy forever; there are still things you don't like that you have to deal with.
