Ok, last night i had an odd dream, it was really disjointed, there were 3 distinct parts i could remember.

In the first part, i was sitting outside this club i done a gig at a few weeks ago in real life, i was in a little alcove that i don't remember being there, it seemed familiar but i was unsure about where i was, anyway, i was sitting there playing an acoustic guitar in the street, i wasn't busking, i was just jamming outside, and i didn't even want people to think i was busking, it went on like this for what seemed like about 20 minutes.

In the second part, i was at a party with a bunch of my friends, except it was in my old neighbourhood, it was in a garden on a summer evening, and it was just like a normal party, but then there was another party next door that wasn't as crowded but just as good for some reason, and i was jumping between the two, then (this kind of leads into the third part) as i was going from one party to the other, this guy talked to me and somehow i ended up walking without realising to my old primary school (which i hated), i seemed to have nowhere else to go, so i was standing in the playground when my old secondary school friends appeared out of nowhere and we started talking and having a good time, then something happened and i started laughing histerically until i was on the floor in fits of laughter, then the dream ended.

I really don't know what this means, any help?

The dream obviously wants to take you back in time. At present, the dream presents you as alone and on your own "playing your own tune" as the saying goes. Then you are hopping from one party to the next. This could be a metaphor for your current "stage" in life, sort of drifting with no definite plan or any solid relationships.

At the end, which is really the beginning, you are having a great time with your school chums. The dream could be a signal to you that you long for some connection---either to the past or to solid relationships.
