    Hi,

I had this dream in which I was in a candy store in a mall. There were several people in the store and there was like this boat or something, which was small when looking at it in the store but when you entered it it was really big. In my dream I was able to freeze time and when I froze time I took a lot of chocolate with me on the boat, I remember seeing it as some sort of supply for a long trip, because there was something coming our way and I don't remember what (I think it was a twister or something). Even though I froze time, the owner of the store could still see what I was doing and she said shewould go with me on this 'escape trip'. I also took some games with me which I used to play when I was younger. Then we left and we went to some sort of camp. I met someone there, someone who I used to be friends with but not anymore we kind of lost contact. Vague I remember something about a really long, somewhat unstable bridge on which I met that someone. When we went off the bridge, I wanted to ask her if she wanted to be my girlfriend. She said no. Then I went back in time (which I could also do in this dream) did things a bit differend and then when I asked her again she said yes. She then ran off and lost something in a pool of water, a bracelet I believe and she dived in the polluted water.

    What could this mean?

 In your dream about Australia, I mentioned that you were either trying to calm your inner animal, or be more wild and free. I guess this dream answers that question.

What I think this dream means is that you took a wild and free trip during the night. Great! You wish you had more freedom for expression in your waking life and go for it in your dreams. I had to laugh at the part about taking all that chocolate on the trip. I probably would have done the same thing in that situation!

The long unstable bridge could refer to uncertanty about your future. You don't want to, or fear, making the wrong decisions.

The scene appears to reflect a situation in which you are using a mental attitude in which you might sell yourself on having satisfaction from a very sweet or very desirable idea. (in a candy store) When thinking this way, you might be making things very hard for yourself. (candy store is in a mall - mall = mauling) {Could something that would really please you be unacceptable or not allowed?} The boat in this scene can imply seeing a predicament which does not seem like a big deal (small when looking at it) until you are actually in it. Then it becomes a very big or important issue. (when you entered it was really big) The boat may also refer to a spiritual way of thinking.

You appear to be imagining that you can stop time (froze time) and thus the changes that come with time. In this situation, a desirable idea might seem quite practical (take a lot of (brown)chocolate) and perhaps provide you with satisfaction for a long time. (sort of supply for a long trip) However, you seem prepared for an unpleasant event which can involve much anger or worry or something else. (a twister or something)

At an emotional level, you are not fooling yourself, where you might sell yourself on a desirable idea (owner of the store could still see what I was doing) but are, nevertheless, still going along with some “escapism” which involves the ego. (a “trip”) The games can represent the idea of a game plan or strategy, here one more suited for a less intelligent you. (games I used to play when younger) You are going to or going for the camp, which can suggest a situation in which the usual rules of home do not apply. When doing this you are using an aspect of yourself that may have worked in your favour in the past but not as surely here and now. (someone who used to be a friend)

Crossing a bridge can suggest finding this to be the time in which to deal with something. It can also imply a change in position – going from one side to the other. In either case, here this is going to take some time (really long bridge) and when doing this you are not on very sure grounds. (unstable bridge) Under these conditions you encounter the idea of “a girlfriend” and emotionally you do not appear to be ready for this. (girl says no to becoming your girlfriend) Somehow you imagine that under different conditions, your emotional response to the idea of a girlfriend would be positive. (back in time – do things different – she said yes) Yet by asking her twice in the dream it is indicated that asking for a girlfriend is a negative and wrong act.

Where you emotionally respond positively to the idea of a girlfriend, you are losing something (she said yes, then ran off and lost something) in relation to an emotional or spiritual situation. (in a pool of water). What is lost is a sense of the value that can be put upon being up in arms – on being angry or very concerned. (the bracelet) Emotionally you appear to be getting into a very undesirable or simply incorrect emotional or spiritual situation. (she dived in the polluted water) As I assume the girl is diving to retrieve her bracelet , the scene might suggest having to relearn the value of concern through an unpleasant situation.
