Has anyone heard of the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce? I read some of it in Barnes and Noble today and am considering buying it, I just wantead to know if anyone thinks it's good or...full of crap. Hehe...lemme know

I've read the book and found it informative and entertaining.
I tend to be skeptical of books of this type (there are a lot of writers working only from research, without the benefit of experience), but he speaks with authority. You sense when you read him that he's done all of the things he's writing about, just as he claims.

His chapter on energy raising through body awareness is
free of unnecessary eastern lingo, and useful to anyone who meditates, regardless of whether or not you want to astrally travel.
