The other night I had a dream that I looked inside my belly button and there were ants inside it. The ants were inside me and they were coming out of my belly button.

I got worried and talk my friends/ boyfriend that there were ants inside my belly button but everyone I told in my dream acted like it wasn't a big deal. Like it was totally normal for me to have ants coming out of my belly button.

Any ideas on what any of this could mean? A couple weeks ago I found out I had an ant problem at my apartment, but got ant killer and they are gone now. I guess my dream could stem from that, but I don't understand the whole part where they are inside me/ in my belly button.

I think the ants in the dream do stem from reality and your apartment situation. You may have borrowed the symbol of ants to represent something that is "bugging" you. It could also represent a "gut feeling" you have about something. Maybe it's subconscious.
