Dear everybody, this forum is really opening my eyes, as I have always been curious about dream meanings and I need to learn some things about this world.... I need once again help with a dream, not a nightmare this time, but rather embarrassing...:scared: I was in university department I work in, and I felt like I really needed a shower, so I went to the bathrooms but I found myself naked in front of everyone (and everyone was there, all the people I work with saw me but didn't seem to bother even if I was feeling very awkward, as you can imagine), so I ran inside one of the toilets. When I came out of the showers, dressed, I met one of my colleagues and he started trying on with me and kissing me... even more awkward. Thank God I woke up:rasta: Thanks A.
Well, being naked in a dream can have to do with feeling vulnerable or being worried about what other people thnk of you. And needing a shower can mean that you are feeling "dirty" - not necessarily physically dirty, but emtionally dirty. Is there anything that would make you concerned about how this colleague feels about you in waking life?
Emotionally dirty.... well in these last weeks for the first time in my life I'm experiencing what I think is actually being in love, thing that I always denied and refused because of my pride... About my colleague, nothing I can think of... he's ok, we work well toghther, never thought about anything else about him. The weird thing is that in my dream I wasn't surprised at all by his 'approach'... And about the first bit, I am surely always worried about what people think about me, I am very insecure...:-(
Could the colleague in your dream be the person you are in love with in waking life? Do they have any similar characteristics?
Well.... in the dream my colleague had the same 'ways' my boyfriend had when we got together... I just can't understand why him, I mean, it was very out of the blue, since there's absolutely no interest in each other between me and my colleague... maybe I'm just working too much
It could just be that because you see your colleague during the day, your unconscious just mixed him up with your boyfriend.
u are in need a shower means,,,, you really have to refresh your self... u may be overwhelmed by whats happening to you or around you and u need to break free from it...thats why u ran off.. you are naked in the front of every one means you are true,,, you dont hide your self,, feelings and your thoughts,,,,that made people around you to criticize you..... may be this time you need to give your self a little privacy... really must change your self..
