Hello Dream Forum, I hope you all can help me I just had this dream and I wanted to get it down while it's fresh. So, I had a dream that for reason or another I finally gave in to "passion" and kissed my boyfriend's fraternity brother. In mmy dream he was into as well. Then I pushed him off and ran away. The fraternity brother ran after me and we kissed again. Well for some reason or another(because I can't remember everything) I pushed him away again. This time he was angered. Then the scene changes. Then fraternity brother is having a meeting in a "secret lair" if you would. For some reason me and my friends break into this lair when he's away. He finds out and then he turns into this video game beast. Then I turn into this video game heroine. I looked like something out out War of Warcraft. So i'm fighting this beast and I'm winning then we both fall into this pit of lava. But i had another life. Someone please try and decipher this card.
Are you attracted to your boyfriend's fraternity brother in waking life? If not, I think he might represent a quality in yourself that you are unsure about developing (you kiss him then push him away, then kiss him then push him away). The fact that he is angered at the end is a sign that you won't be able to repress this part of you easily. The beast vs. heroine scene makes me think of your refined, civilized side vs. your raw, instinctive, animal side.
Thank you very much for the response. It makes a lot of sense. I am attracted to my boyfriend's fraternity brother. He is very sexual and I pretend that I don't approve of him in front of my boyfriend but I am attracted to him. I have been repressing a very sexual side of myself in order to keep the peace between my bofriend and I. You see, my boyfriend isn't the best in the intimacy department and I feel unfulfilled but I love him so I just suffer in silence. Could this be it?
Maybe you can have a talk with your boyfriend and discuss how you can be better satisfied sexually. It probably isn't helping either of you for you to suffer in silence. Then maybe you wouldn't be thinking about his fraternity brother so much in waking life, although it is still OK to have dreams about his fraternity brother, of course. Whatever the problem with your relationship with your boyfriend is, it's better to discuss and deal with it than try to solve it by being with someone else. That won't solve anything.
