Hi, My name is Jen and I am new on this forum. I just woke up from having a nightmare, I was looking at dream dictionaries but this nightmare totally made me upset. So anyways, here is what happened: I was petting my cat and then she started biting me really hard, I wanted to scream for my dad but couldn't. Finally, when I was able to break away from the cat, I started to run in my house to my parents bedroom which actually morphed to my parents room in my childhood house, I ran right into my parents old bedroom, and couldn't find them- no mom or dad... I think I actually screamed out loud "Help"! The oddest part of this whole thing is that my mother passed away when I was 16, I am now 25. If anyone can shine some light on this situation, it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi and Welcome! First, what do cats mean to you? Do you like them? What personality traits would you attach to cats? They are often associated with independence, mystery, and feminine wiles. It could either mean that the traits you associate with the cat are coming back to "bite you" or the cat is letting you know you need to bring out this particular trait or traits more often to balance out your personality. It could also mean that you are "biting the hand that feeds," by jepordizing something connected to your well-being or survival.
I love my cat and only a few others, but she was the one that was biting me. I think that my cat is lovable at times and at other times very snobby.
Would you describe yourself as "loving" and "snobby?" Would you describe your mother as having had those traits? Did you meet anyone recently or know anyone that reminds you of your mother? Did you get along with your mother?
