Ok i read that dreams cant predict the future then someone please tell me why 4 of my dreams have come true and now i am seeing things when i am awake. The first dream showed me loosing my son it didnt come true till 2 years later then my 13 yr old died the dream didnt show how he died just that i was holding my wife and i said to her (i dont know why gary had to die) that same thing happend that day we found out he had died. The second dream was about ants.My second oldest son stewart came to me and said dad the ants are back i go and look and the ants are in the house instead of the garden.3 days later the same thing happens for real this time. Third dream my wife cam to me and said i have to tell you i met someone at work and i think i love them but i still love you and dont know what to do.About a week later my wife came to me and said she met someone at her work and thinks she might love him but she still loves me and dosent know what to do. My forth dream was about a radio competion asking what do 40% of drivers get caught doing the answer was talking to them self.2 days later i was in my car with my wife and the lady on the radio says the same question i told my wife the answer and told her i had dreamed it. But now this is the part that is well scaring me and i would like to know a lot more.I was going to the petrol station and my wife was going to the bank machine to get money out as i stood there and started to put petrol in i kind of stared into space for a bit while i was in loo loo land i had this vision if thats what you want to call it of my wife comming back and waving to me then when she got close she said dont put petrol in theres no money.When i came to my senses i started to put petrol in thinking nah i know there is money in the bank.Right there i looked over and my wife waved to me when she cam close she said dont the machine has took my card and i cant get money out.When i told her what i had saw just min before she came to me she just smiled and said your creepy.The thing is why do i see these things? can i control it? and csn anyone tell me if dreams cant predict the future then tell me what is all this? please.
It depends on what you mean by "predict". Dreams can't tell you about something in the future that you have no knowledge or no control over - for example, they can't tell you the winning lottery numbers (although there is a very, very, very small possibility that you can dream of the winning lottery numbers and they, coincidentally, will actual be the winning numbers in waking life.) On the other hand, dreams can help you perceive and understand things that your conscious mind doesn't "get". Our conscious mind filters out lots of things so we can just get on with our everyday lives, or because they are painful and we don't want to deal with them consciously, but nothing gets lost, and if it's important, it will show up in your dreams. Regarding the first three dreams, you probably noticed, unconsciously, that something was wrong with your son/your garden/your wife, and you were able to make an intelligent guess about what was wrong. The situation with dream about the radio competion could be because 1. You and the person who make up the questions for the radio competition both read the statistic somewhere, but you didn't remember reading it 2. You actually didn't dream that question exactly. You had a dream about a radio competion, and when you heard the question on the radio in waking life, you adjusted your memory so that it matched what you heard on the radio in waking life. The fact that you already expect your dreams to come through would influence you to do this. The only way to tell would be if upon waking up, you wrote down exactly what was said in the dream. 3. coincidence Regarding the dream that is worrying you now, you already know you are having problems with your wife, and although you didn't say, it's possible that you could be having problems with money (or maybe the two are related.) You already know that you have problems you need to sort out, the dream is just emphasising that, so what you have to do is go try to sort them.
You misunderstood the last part wasnt a dream i was awake and outside getting petrol when i had a daydream if thats what you can call it and in the daydream i saw my wife wave to me and tell me there was no money in the bank.We dont have any money problems and thats why i just ingnored what i saw at first but when i saw my wife wave at me for real and tell me the bank took her card which was down to the machine being faulty thats is what is worry me.And about my son there was no need for me to think or even suspect he was ill let alone at risk of dieing in fact till that day my son was fitter than me.And regards to the radio i have no connection to the station or anyone working there.Like i said i have no explination myself i just know what i have seen and wonder why me.
