Hi everyone, I'am the newbe on the block for the day. I have many dreams that I remember however, this one was unique. My oldest son was a small child and he became very ill with a high fever, which had actually happened to him when he was about 5 years of age. This man who only identified himself as being persian was trying to help me with my son. I remember what he looks like but have never met him in my current level. He tried so hard to help me and seemed to confess his true love and feelings for myself and my family through his eyes--and to look in his eyes seemed so overwhelming that I couldn't do it and I just ran from him until I found a tub of ice to put my son in to lower his fever. there was a knock at the bathroom door and I opened it and he burst in making sure was son was alright. He droped to his knees next to the tub and looked in my eyes and I new without any doubt, this was the person who I was to spend the rest of eternity with. Do you think this could be one of my spirtrual guides, or perhaps the real person I should keep a look out for? Thanks for your thoughts
    Cin.

    Hi Cin.

I don't understand what you mean about your "current level". Does that have something to do with real life, or just the dream?

Do you mean that in real life, your son had a very high fever when he was
about 5, but in this dream he had a fever and he was much younger than 5?

Does "Persian" have any special meaning to you: Iran, the Persian language, Persian cats, etc. ?

Dreaming that your son is ill could mean that you are worried about your relationship with him.

I think the man in your dream might represent your animus.

Hi Marcia, thanks for your response. My current level does mean my current life, in other words I didn't remember him from a past life. When my son had the fever he was about five years of age in real life and in the dream. You could be right about this dream representing my animus, as I think about it more it makes sense. You see my son was in the Marine Corp over in Iraq. This was a very dark and tramatic time for me in my life not only as an individual but as a parent I was full of fear and I felt helpless. I remember thinking every night that I had to leave the front porch light on in the Marine Corp came to tell me my son had been killed, as every parent knows that has been through this you go through a temporary insanity. He has since come home and has a new wife and baby. Thank you for shedding a different light on the subject.
