I'm still reading 'The Boat of a Million Years' but I've nearly finished, they've progressed into outer space now and everyone on Earth is immortal. :smash:

Ive only read a couple of Hesse's short stories but never got round to reading Steppenwolf. I very rairly read anything other than sci-fi, fantasy or military! :tank:
should broaden my horizons a bit and give it a go

Hawkwind do a rather good song called Steppenwolf incidentlyhttp://www.hawkwind.com/

I hope you don't mind, thought it would be nicer if this topic was in a more specific place?

P.S. Only 50 pages left then I have to begin reading something new...

I've just started reading "Absolution gap", the conclusion of the Alastair Reynolds series. Found it hard to read due to over indulgence! :drink:

I bought all the episodes of Battlestar Galactica on DVD and just noticed on my book shelf that I have a novel of Battlestar Galactica too that I read years ago and forgot about; I must have harboured a deep-rooted obsession for ages without knowing it. :)

I'm still soldiering through P & P, it has to start getting better soon...
