12-19-2016 I’m walking down a sidewalk in the middle of town when I see an elderly woman picking herself up off the ground near the curb on the other side of the road. I go to help her up and she tells me how she had an argument with George W, Bush while waiting to cross the road. Then I witness the actual event. She proceeds to walk across the road and W gets into his vehicle, which resembles a four door sedan, and chases her to the point of her falling. Sensing people are watching, he backs up and drives off, not completing the actual run-over. end I'm not sure what prompted this, but it's part of a larger dream which escaped my memory upon awakening. I sense it has to do with my inner thoughts regarding the current political landscape in the U.S.
Yeah, I was going to ask how you feel about the current political goings on at the moment, with Trump and GWB both being quite controversial there may be a connection?
There will be more people attending protests than his inauguration. His opponent won the popular vote by over 3 million. He's the least liked candidate in recorded memory and yet here we are, about to make him the next president. Propaganda is a powerful tool and he successfully fed into people's fears about terrorism and immigration. That is how he won. Sad but true.
Yes, I know. The same thing happened in the UK with many people foolishly voting to leave Europe for similar reasons without really understanding the consequences, or that it will make little difference to the issues they perceived as important. All we can do is see what happens, and hope.
Was talking about this yesterday, Trump I mean not your dreams. I think Trump is so crazy that he kind of stands out on his own, in his own mad world. We were debating whether or not there might be some terrorist attacks because of him, or whether potential attackers would realize it's all Trump and nothing really to do with anyone else, and therefore just try and assassinate him? Either that or they think he's so stupid they're just rolling about laughing everytime he apeares on TV?
