This is my first post, but I tend to have very vivid dreams. Last night was no exception, but it felt quite symbolic, and it would be interesting to get some views on what it might mean.
My little white dog, who is extremely dear to me, had a large green snake wrapped round him and it was hissing. Terrified me, and I wanted to cut its head off. One of my brothers and his friend managed to grab the snake and break its neck as it hissed very violently before I could get to it.
Any thoughts?

It sounds like the snake represents some kind of threat.

Your little white dog could represent a quality in yourself that you feel is being threatened.

A dog could represent intuition. I'm curious about what the snake wants. You might try role-playing and ask it. Try stepping into the snake's skin too.

What does your dog represent to you? To me, dogs represent friends I my dreams. Possibly, a friend of yours or someone you are close is in trouble or wrapped up in something they shouldn't be. The person cannot overcome this issue by themselves, and could use your help or the help of others. Possibly drugs or even some sort of occult practises. These types of things cause spiritual bondage
