Hey guys, my name is Evan. I was hoping I might be able to get some sort of interpretation on a dream I had last night.

First thing I remember, is walking down this road, with a girl who I am just regular friends with. She has appeared in memorable dreams in the past, so just to make it easier in typing this, I'll call her Jill. Jill and I were walking down this road, I couldn't recognize where the road was, but it was urban and populated, didn't look like a great neighborhood, but it was urban and it was dark out, and all of the buildings were lit up with lights and different colors, as if I was walking down the Las Vegas strip. We walks into this place that was kind of a bowling alley or arcade type of place. It was empty except for me, Jill, somebody working behind the counter, then somebody else standing in the corner just watching us, didn't know his name, and he never spoke. As we walk up to order food, I realize I don't have my wallet. I get really worried, and ask if Jill could pay for it and I'll pay her back later, she calmly says yes, and that it's no problem. Behind this food counter, it appears there is just space, and I just remember colors like black, purple, and orange in that space behind the counter.

I can't remember anything after that, but I remember later we ended up at my house. My parents and one of my brothers were there, and my cousin and his wife from Arkansas had come up to visit (we're in New Jersey), then the same person that was standing in the corner saying nothing was there to just sitting and watching us play pool. Nobody recognized him, and he never spoke. We were playing pool on our pool table, and it was still dark out. I remember a christmas tree, so maybe it was our christmas party or something. But My cousin, his wife, Jill, and I were all playing pool. Then I don't remember exactly what it was, like if it was a natural disaster happening, but the power just started going on and off and there were bright flashes outside lighting up the night sky, which also now that I think about it seemed to have colors like black, blue, purple, and orange in them, and everybody was getting very worried. I just remember my parents, brother, cousin, his wife, and Jill all standing by the window staring at the flashes outside, and I was behind them just looking at them and watching the flashes beyond them.

The reason I want interpretation on this, is because I've had 2 other dreams over the course of this year that I have a had a good memory of, and Jill was also in them, and close to me.

First one was Me, Jill, and again one other person that we didn't know and never spoke, we were all in a car in San Diego, on vacation, this time it was daytime, so it was light out. We were driving from the airport to the beach. Jill and I were all excited because we both love San Diego. Jill was all happy and she kept hugging me and stuff while we were driving. Then the other person we didn't know was just sitting in the back seat, never spoke. We finally get to the beach. We drive as far as we can until the road ends at the beach. then Jill and I just get out of the car and run out onto the beach, with the person we don't recognize standing back by the car watching us.

The second one with Jill, was me walking down stairs. But these were stairs at my brother's friends house. It was dark out again, and as I walked down the stairs, I saw Jill laying on the couch looking at me on the left side, then my brothers friends (Who owns the house) on the right side of the room also watching me. Outside the windows, I just remember seeing a big tree, then a road beyond it, and it was dark out. I walked down the stairs and went to the left and laid with Jill. We were just laying together as my brothers friends went on with their normal life, then they left. It was just Jill and I laying on the couch, then one other person. Again, it was this person that just watches us and doesn't say anything. He was standing at the top of the stairs I came down from, just looking at us. But this time, there only seemed to be half of the house, the front half we were in. There was nothing at the top of the stairs other than the person. It was apparently just space behind him, then beyond the half of the house that was missing was also just space, but out front there was still the tree and road, and it was still dark out. Jill and I just kept laying together under a blanket, and that's all I remember. I do remember certain colors like black and purple in that space though.


I really hope somebody can give me ideas/suggestions with this. I just feel like they might mean something or there might be some kind of connection since I remember these dreams with Jill, then that one other person that says nothing. I remember these so well, and Jill and I seem to be really close in them. In life, Jill and I are just friends, we're not dating or anything, we don't know each other that well, we never really hang out, but we know each other. Does this mean something about Jill and I or something?

On some sub-conscious level, you obviously are attracted to Jill.
The fact that someone else is always there watching not saying anything, I think that represents that you feel self-conscious.

Thanks for your response. Yeah, that actually does sound pretty spot on. I am sort of attracted to her, but part of my problem is that I'm really not part of her main group of friends, which maybe is where the self-conscious part comes in.

Cool. I also read somewhere that the people that you dream is really yourself. For example, the guy thats always there just watching, not saying anything. Maybe that's really you when you have a chance to be around her.
