Because I don't know what will offend and what wont, I have two nightmares that I would like help with. I think the best option would be private message as they are grotesque and adult in nature. If an admin gives me the go ahead I will post them if not, PM is fine, I just would just like some help in trying to figure them out. Thank you.

Well, dreams in general can often be grotesque and "adult". One person's opinion of what is too much for public viewing won't be the same as another person's. I think that when it comes to dreams, people have to expect that they might read about things that would be considered shocking in waking life

If you aren't 100% sure that they would be OK to post, why don't you PM me the dreams? If I think they are OK, which I am pretty sure they will be but I don't want to make any guarantees before actually reading them, I will copy them and paste them back on this thread. Nightmares [by Vriker]

Dream 1, I had a little over a year ago. The reason this is written the way it is, is because I used it as part of a short story I wrote for my Creative Writing class. (I'm a college student) But this is still accurate.

As I sat at my window on flight 187, I stared down into the thick green canopy of the Amazon. What a beautiful sight it was. Flocks of white birds soared over the tree tops in a huge V formation. I could only imagine what sights the lush landscape below the canopy held. I was surprised at how pleasant and relaxing the flight had been so far, and as a matter of fact, I had slept for most of it. I actually felt a bit of warmth at the thought. My moment of perpetual bliss was interrupted when I felt a change of pressure in my ears as the plane began to descend. There was only one problem, we weren't due to land for another four hours. Suddenly the plane jerked down, momentarily lifting me up out of my seat and slamming my head into the luggage rack above me. My head violently cranked to the right, smashing my right ear into my shoulder, and left ear into the roof. I blacked out for a second. It happened so fast, I was conscious before I landed back in my seat. My ears rang and my head was already killing me from the impact. The plane started to shake vigorously , and only after the ringing in my ears subsided did I hear the screaming. Something was wrong, because they weren't screams of terror, but of pain. Ungodly, almost demonic screams drove through the cabin. I looked over at the woman sitting next to me. She held both of her hands up, and a viscious, animalistic sound tore its way out of her throat, and her eyes ripped themselves open in pure terror. What happened next was interesting. Her fingers were in spasm and hyperextending crazily, like five ribbons tied to a fan set on low speed, popping and breaking in all the wrong directions. The sickening sound of popping and cracking joints, and bones breaking erupted around me. The same gross phenomena was happening to everyone on the plane except for me. Then, all of a sudden, everyone's hands slammed down onto their laps, making a loud clap. At once, the plane stopped shaking, and I realized everyone's head was locked forward, eyes closed. Then, everyone's eyes opened at the same time. Their heads flew backward, with an excruciating crack, and their necks broke. They all stared silently at the ceiling, as if the roof of the plane might hold the key to their salvation. Suddenly their mouths opened, and their bottom jaws, as if pulled by a terrible force, were pulled all the way down to their throat. Red gashes tore themselves down the sides of their faces as they ripped downward and came to rest on their chests. Blood plumed up from their throats like a thick, dark red fountain, hitting the ceiling and raining down on the entire interior of the plane. After a few seconds, each corpse was painted red and drained of blood. They slumped forward in unison, heads slamming into the seats in front of them, broken jaws swinging back and forth like macabre pendulums.


Dream 2, I had two nights ago. I woke up and quickly wrote down everything I remembered.

Two guys, three girls. Party, pool with clear blue water. Plexi-glass box they call the portal in the living room. Rich kids. Main guy has short hair. He has a meatonotomy half way down his dick. Girls are on their period, at least two of them. One red head, one blonde one brunette. As the brunette swims, blood comes out of her vagina, lots of it. Brunette holds the red heads head, whose nose is bleeding and second guy pukes blood into her ear. Brunettes hair is sort of mullet like, tall spikes on top, long down the back. Blondie gets put into portal box, main guy sits down and speak in Russian. He had a hobby knife and dental floss. Guy 2 comes in and sits down. He drags the blonde girl into the portal box and locks her in. He gets hard and guy 1 wraps dental floss around the crown of guys 2's penis and guy 2 begins to slice his own penis. I don't know if hes doing a meatonotomy or slicing the head off, I cant remember. Everyone was naked during this whole scene.

As far as the second one goes, I am no stranger to body modification, so the meatonotomy and the penis cutting wasn't that shocking to me. I've been interested in the subject since the first time I saw footage of people doing that to themselves. The person who showed it to me intended to shock me, which it did, but after the initial reaction I wanted to know why someone would that. My research after that explained a lot about why people do it. The reason dream 2 was so disturbing is because I've never seen the combination of all those things that happened in one place, and the fact that I could see everything that happened really take place in real life bothers me. Also the fact that the people in the dream genuinely enjoyed what they were doing to each other bothered me. Frankly people these days are that fucked up. All this as opposed to dream 1, which is almost supernatural in nature and not likely to happen in real life.

I guess no one wants to take a crack at this?

I thought it was funny that you used the phrase "take a crack" considering the content of the first dream.

This dream sound like it has to do with experiencing a sudden trauma that has, in a way, completely destroyed you.

A hand and fingers make me think of control, so the part about the people's fingers hyperextending makes me think of you struggling to gain control of something, but things only getting worse in the process.

The jaws breaking and the mouths being opened and blood pouring out makes me think of something terrible that has been repressed forcing itself out. (The mouth has to do with speech, and therefore, expression.)

The fact that the people are dead (corpses) at the end could mean that this is a positive dream. Death in a dream is often about positive change. The dream could be about facing something very difficult and then learning and moving on from it.

With dream 2, it seems that the significant thing is all the blood. Blood has to do with the life force, so this could have to do with "having the life drained out of you." The association with sex and penises (meatotomy) would also have an association with vitality.

Then again, this dream could just come from you reading about this stuff and it being in your memory, and then it just all coming together in one dream. Maybe you had a lot of other stuff on your mind so your unconscious tried to give you a little break from that by having you think about weird sex stuff for a while.

Your first interpretation seems like it could be spot on. A lot has happened since that dream, almost everything you described happened in some form or fashion.

As for dream 2, yeah I'm pretty much still at a loss. The only thing that makes sense is the girls being on thier period. Right now I only get to see my girlfriend roughly once a week, so every fourth time she's on her period. At first we wouldn't have sex if she was bleeding, but that went out of the window a couple of months ago, and she's the first girl I've ever done that with, which I'm still getting used too. That probably explains the period part and maybe the reason for all of the blood. Beyond that, the cutting and vomiting I still can't explain.

Could cutting the penis have something to do with a threat to strength or power (associated with masculinity)?

If it does, something in my subconscious would have to cause it. I can't really think of anything that's consciously a threat to me, at least in that regard.

I was thinking more in terms of a loss of control over something, not necessarily a direct threat. Thinking of men/masculinity/penises as, traditionally, being associated with control and dominance.

Oh, we'll in that respect, my life is pretty out of control, but that's not abnormal for me. I haven't exactly been stable since I got out of the military 6 years ago. Nothing major has happened in that regard in a long time though.

I"ve had dreams of that nature before with nothing I'm consciously aware of causing it.

Years ago I dreamed I was living at my grandmother's old apartment and I came home from grocery shopping and went upstairs to the apartment. Still holding my grocery bag, I see a figure dangling from the rafters between the living room and kitchen. I got a closer look and it was me, hanging there with my face from the bottom of the nose down torn or gouged out, leaving a huge void where the mouth would have been.

To this day, I can't imagine what brought that on. But I never forgot it.

To me, these figures, like the shallow me and the ones on the plane, are like zombies, figures with no consciousness or purpose other than being someone else's moment of sick pleasure.

i have often wondered if some one was capable of watching my dreams and influencing them for their sick entertainment.as it stands i do look into the supernatural and dream analysis.the dream sound oddly familiar
